Yin Yu Tang: A Chinese Home DVD

$14.95

Yin Yu Tang, a home in China's remote Huizhou village, was occupied by members of the Huang family for more than two centuries. Painstakingly dismantled board by board and carried halfway across the globe, Yin Yu Tang: A Chinese Home now stands at the Peabody Essex Museum where it welcomes hundreds of visitors every day. In these three short films, members of older generations reminisce about their childhood experiences and significant events in their lives, while younger people engage in those same evolving traditions.
