Heald's voice has the range of a piano, and he uses it like a virtuoso. - Orders not picked up within two weeks of the order date will be canceled and refunded.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
PEM Shop accepts eligible returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging.
